These terms apply to the Novi website, web app, and mobile app. By using Novi, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Health Disclaimer.
Not medical advice
Novi provides fitness guidance and workout tracking. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, or other qualified medical professional. If you have an injury, chronic condition, or health concern, consult a medical professional before starting a program. If something hurts, stop.
AI and form feedback
Novi may use AI-generated text guidance, chat responses, voice responses, camera-based pose detection, and exercise-form feedback. These features are support tools. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by device setup, camera angle, lighting, and the information you provide. Do not use the AI coach for emergencies, diagnosis, or medical decisions.
Training responsibility
You are responsible for choosing weights, movements, and training intensity that are appropriate for you. Exercise always carries risk. Train in a safe space, use equipment properly, and do not ignore pain or unsafe conditions.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use Novi under the laws that apply to you. Novi is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Novi only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Account and conduct
Do not use Novi in ways that are illegal, abusive, or intended to disrupt the service. Keep your account information accurate and secure.
Paid features
Novi may offer a Live Pro subscription, premium features, or one-time Coach Check-In purchases. Current prices, billing periods, availability, and included features are shown before purchase and may vary by country. Any purchase terms shown at checkout or in the relevant app store also apply.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable store before the renewal deadline shown by that store. For App Store purchases, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, and you can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals, while access normally continues through the current paid billing period. Deleting your Novi account does not cancel a store subscription. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled under the applicable store's policies.
Coach Check-In purchases
Coach Check-In purchases are non-refundable once booked or fulfilled, except for duplicate charges, failure to provide the purchased service, or where required by applicable law or app-store policy. Eligible appointments may be rescheduled using the booking calendar or by contacting us, subject to coach availability and any notice requirements shown when booking.
Service changes
We may update, add, or remove features over time. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Novi is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the website or app. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs. Train within your limits.
